Austin was very helpful from the start. I went to an open house and explained that I had just moved to the area and had no idea where I should live or what I wanted to buy. He immediately told me he would show me around and also told me what neighborhoods were on the rougher side. We must have looked at about fifteen houses because I am so picky. He was very patient and supportive of my decisions. He helped me to decide what was appropriate to ask for in the negotiations. Ultimately, he helped me feel welcome in a new town and found me a safe place to live.
