Austin was great to work with. He was very responsive to emails and text messages. With houses flying off the market so quickly, he was able to get us into showings very fast. He also made it fun with making jokes and taking the time to chat. With the sale of our home he was able to give us some great tips to help increase the sale price and for it to sell quickly. Austin’s sister, Holly was also very nice to work with! The photographer also did a great job of taking pictures of our home. Overall, the process of buying and selling a home went very smoothly and Austin and Coldwell Banker did a fantastic job!
