Transparent Process.

I enjoy educating my seller clients throughout the selling process. I start by meeting with my seller clients and building a relationship to better understand their needs and desires. Together, we discuss their home’s comparative marketing analysis (CMA) as I educate them on the upcoming selling steps. We work together to schedule showings, coordinate open houses and optimize the marketing efforts to get their home sold. We continue through the negotiation process to ensure the seller clients are taken care of, while educating them on the steps involved before and after closing. Seeing the excitement on my seller clients faces on closing day is the greatest reward in itself.
